What Cursor does well
Cursor has a mature editor-shaped loop, fast tab completion, repository-aware agents, cloud agents and a broad set of coding integrations. It is the safer current choice for somebody whose primary requirement is an established AI editor.

Cursor has the more mature completion and editor experience. Miton deliberately does not inherit VS Code, so it must earn editor depth rather than receiving that ecosystem for free.
