Beta programme

The beta will arrive as a signed desktop download with automatic updates—not as a build-from-source release. Access is not publicly open yet. When invitations begin, the implemented beta surfaces will be available together; model charges remain with the provider you choose and Miton will not add a token margin.

What still appears on your provider bill
Only the models you decide to use.
- Hosted inference: billed by your chosen provider under its terms.
- Local inference: no per-token provider bill; your hardware does the work.
- Routing: Miton chooses only within the boundaries and postures you allow.
- Cost controls: the workspace records use, maintains caps and helps avoid unnecessary frontier spend.
